ElevenLabs Agents runs voice agents that answer the phone. It keeps a transcript of each call. During a call, the agent can use tools, such as asking another agent for an answer.
This week I built a phone line to my agents with ElevenLabs. I call a number and talk to my main agent. On real calls the answers come back fast enough for a normal conversation.
It sits in Trial because I have used it for a few days only. It is also the largest cost of my voice setup. A cheaper voice service with phone calls and tools would replace it.
